We Recognise quality as fundamental to the well being of our business so we review our quality objectives once per month at a Directors’ Meeting; to ensure that adequate resources exist within the company to achieve our Quality Objectives.
We train our staff that they are encouraged to contribute to our Quality Objectives, and provide them with information that they can see our progress.
We maintain and develop a Quality Management System in accordance with European and International Standarts TSEK, CE, ISO 2000. We continually achieve high degree of customer satisfaction by understanding, meeting and exceeding our customer requirements and their needs;
We always target to develop strong and lasting relationships with our customers and partners within the framework of clear contractual relationships; and we continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system.
